General Registration Information
- After the deadline, a $30 late fee will added for Pee-wee, Clinic and Division soccer.
- Late registrations will be placed where there is space on a team. Special requests with a late registration are unlikely to be honored.
Registration Fees
- 1st child – $140; 2nd child – $130; 3rd and more – $115
- The late fee is $30 per registration
BEFORE REGISTERING – PLEASE READ
- If the player’s school is not listed, put “other”.
- If the player’s township is not listed, use the closest township.
- Please indicate willingness to coach. If not, put “no”.
- Please verify the player’s gender and grade.
- Please enter the most frequently read email for the family.
- Payment must be in full and late registrations MUST include the late fee. Incomplete registrations will be waitlisted.
- A confirmation email will be sent after each completed registration.
Waitlist Policy
- GCVCSA will try its best to place waitlisted players on teams
- Parents will be emailed if a waitlisted player is placed
- Parents will be emailed and given a full refund if a waitlisted player is not placed
Refunds Policy
- Refunds will be given for medical reasons only
- Refunds will not be given for schedule conflicts or dislike of the team placement
- The medical occurrence must have happened prior to the 1st game of the season
- A refund request must be made in writing and include a physician’s statement. Send them to 728 Providence Rd., Malvern, PA 19355
- Refunds are subject to a $25 processing fee
Carpool Policy
- Completed carpool request forms must be returned before June 30 for Fall soccer and January 31st for Spring soccer.
- No carpool forms will be accepted for Pee-Wee because all games are concurrent.
- Forms returned after the deadline might not be honored.
